Zero nicotine vs low nicotine: what's the difference?
| Zero nicotine (0mg) | Low nicotine (10–20mg) | Standard nicotine (28.5mg) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nicotine | None | Lower | 28.5mg/mL |
| Throat hit | Minimal | Mild | Noticeable |
| Suits | Adults who want flavour without nicotine | Adults who prefer a lighter nicotine strength | Adults who want the standard strength |
Choosing your nicotine strength
Many pod systems come in more than one strength, so you can pick what suits you:
- Check which strengths your device's pods come in. Bud pods, for example, come in 28.5mg, 10mg and 0mg.
- Consider a swappable system. The Inmood Switch lets you use nicotine and zero nicotine pods in the same device.
- For refillable devices, choose a 0mg e-liquid such as Vapure Zero or Fruit Bomb Zero.
