*Note: For delivery to the Hauraki Gulf Islands (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Island please contact us to obtain postage costs first. We Can deliver for free for order over $150.

We pack up your order when you place it and book the courier as soon as payment shows up on our end.

We will send you an email notifying you when your payment has been received and courier has been booked.

Deliveries in NZ usually occur within 2 business days once a courier is booked, but we cannot guarantee the courier’s delivery time.

Please be aware that if you place an order on Friday, even if we receive payment that day, couriers will not deliver on weekends.
