NZ Vapez is a Christchurch-based specialist vape retailer. We sell regulated products under the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990 and its regulations, and we review our range as the rules change.
How we comply
- R18+ only: we check photo ID in store, confirm age at checkout and check ID on delivery. We will not sell to anyone under 18, or to anyone buying for someone under 18.
- No single-use disposables: the pod vapes we sell are rechargeable devices with replaceable pods, or refillable devices.
- Nicotine limits: nicotine strengths are within the legal limits. Most of our pre-filled pods are 28.5mg/mL nicotine salt.
- Flavour names: we use generic flavour descriptions, and we update product names as the rules require.
- Health warning: our products and pages carry the required nicotine warning.
- Supply: our products come through New Zealand distributors.
